1. Services 
Chicago Cuddle, LLC provides professional platonic touch and companionship services in the Chicago area. All sessions are strictly non-sexual. Clothing remains on at all times. Any request for sexual contact or services will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. By booking, you confirm that you are an adult and that you agree to these terms.

3. Booking and Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted. Payment is due in full prior to the start of the session. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Chicago Cuddle, LLC reserves the right to cancel any session at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, and will issue a full refund in that event.

5. Conduct
Clients agree to arrive clean, sober, and in appropriate attire. Respectful, platonic conduct is required at all times. Chicago Cuddle, LLC reserves the right to end any session immediately and without refund if a client behaves inappropriately, violates boundaries, or makes any sexual advance or request.

6. Consent and Boundaries
All touch is consensual and platonic. Clients and practitioners may adjust positions or activities at any time. Either party may end the session at any time if they feel uncomfortable.

7. Confidentiality
Chicago Cuddle, LLC respects client privacy. Personal information shared during sessions or the booking process will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

8. Screening
Chicago Cuddle, LLC reserves the right to screen prospective clients and to decline service to anyone for any reason without explanation.

9. Limitation of Liability
Chicago Cuddle, LLC is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. Services provided are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Chicago Cuddle assumes no liability for emotional or physical outcomes following a session.

10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website or booking of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
